Hanita Rafael-Ashuri:
clinical social worker, psychotherapist, marital
and family therapist. Coordinator of the loss and bereavement area in
the Haifa Municipality Center for Family Counseling and Therapy, where
she has been working with single-parent families for the past five years,
practical work instructor in the Loss and Bereavement Therapy Training
Course at the Central School for Training of Social Workers in Ramat
Gan.
Dr. Erga Kapulnik:
social worker, psychotherapist and certified family
therapy instructor. Lecturer at the Ben-GurionUniversity School for Social
Work in the Negev region, and at the Zefat Academic College Department
of Social Work. Teaches at the Loss and Bereavement Therapy Training
Course at the Central School for Training of Social Workers. Manages
the Family Therapy Center in the municipality of Or Akiva.
Yaron Gan-Or:
Works with youth at risk for the past 15 years. One of
the creators and founders of “Yiftach”, a boarding school for religious
youth at risk, where he has worked for the past eight years in various
positions, among them assistant principal. In the years 2010-2016
managed Etnachta: temporary shelter for youth at risk and in crisis in
Jerusalem, during which time he co-partnered in establishing Mevaser
Tov – a unique shelter for Ultraorthodox boys at risk in Jerusalem. Holds
B.A. and teaching certificate in Humanities. Lectured in the IDF and in
the City without Violence project on the topics of education, therapy and
leadership.
Shira Rainitz:
Director of the Hof Ashkelon Hosen

Center. Formerly
worked as a social worker for youth and young adults, and as a social
worker in relation to the Young Offenders Act. In her current position
as director of the Hosen Center she assists the local authority in
preparations for emergencies. Under her leadership, the Hosen Center
treats casualties of anxiety in security-related situations and works
diligently on reinforcing the feelings of belonging and solidarity within
the local municipal communities, while developing and maintaining
community activities in the field of emergency preparedness.
