The Israelis, whether inM&A or other kinds of collaborations, are attracted to the Japanese perfectionism that ensures high performance and to their long-term stability which is a great added value". How do challenges transform into successes? "By understanding each other’s process, goals and expectations. For example, avoidance of doing things that do not accomplish a direct goal vs not skipping any steps or guidelines, create gaps and major challenges.
