This will create a newgeneration of devices that are totally autonomous – working on renewable energy and available practically everywhere, without needing an electrical connection. "Furthermore, we took the heat exchanger, a product that exists for already a century, and reinvented it. Redesigned it and replaced the material it's made from. This allows us 3 things: 1 . Reach the world's highest efficiency; 2 . Gain abilities in both humid and dry climate (as opposed to other companies) and 3 . Gain higher quality of water -the polymers filter the water of heavy metals. "The result is purifiedwaterwith higher absorption capacity that could be more easily enriched with vitamins and minerals. This way consumers get not only clean water but better food security. As we said, as prices go down, even the poor will be able to benefit from our product." What is your vision in what concerns India? "The end goal is that each and every person in India – and the world – will be able to access clean, safe and healthy water. We see a world in which every city, every village, every family have a water producing device. Every state, hospital, university, and more, will keep water producing devices, for both drinking and other needs. "We also have a mobility vision – our technology can be installed in every bus, train and public transport vehicle, aswell as a boat or a yacht. Passengers across India could enjoy a supply of mineralized water." Will be the price for end consumers be reasonable? "As of today, we export our devices to India from Israel, USA and other countries. This export has it costs – logistics, taxes etc., and yet we have a strong demand. In the near future, local Indian production will allow us to lower production costs as well as indirect costs, and so offer even better prices. We could leave the prices as they are, with highprofitmargins, butwe have a vision andwe choose to open production in India and lower prices." What is your business model? "Wewill sell devices and supply consumable components, technical support etc. Wewill have three revenue channels, or levels (with similar water quality in all three!): first, Premium packages – better designed, more expensive; second, Mediumpackages. And third, Low cost products which will allow accessibility to everyone." Will you use OEM business model in India? "It is essential in principal that the core technology shall bemanufactured in Israel, hencewewill not be acting as in OEMmodel but rather will manufacture, assemble and sale based on our specification and under Watergen’s brand. "Many large organizations and highly valued companies approached us and asked to get rights for Watergen's technology. One of the main challenges is choosing the right Indian partner to work with us. I said one thing to themall: it'smost important that my partner will not only fit us financially & commercially, but will share values and goals with us. Out of a great selection of companies who wish to partner withWatergen, we have opted for themost suitable company to partner with. Following finalization, a joint public announce regarding this partnership shall be issued. "Apart from the humanitarian matter, one has to bear in mind that Watergen's abilities bring with them huge political influence. There are many global leaders who would want to use it and gain power from it. We are constantly being approached by various countries, both politically close and less close to Israel. We of course are aware of this state of things. Our main concern is first of all humanitarian. We also work closely with the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This state of things can bring countries together". For more information: www.Watergen.com 41
