Ongoing Dialog with Customers Once work in Metzer’s Project Department is initiated, the department's team approaches clients either through the subsidiaries of Metzer or through Israeli companies that develop projects abroad. As soon as they locate a business opportunity, characterizing the customer's needs begins: the profile of the area, agronomic situation, climatic conditions and the crops themselves. The customers’ requirements and knowledge are also considered and the process includes an ongoing dialog with customers, in order to offer them the best solutions. There are projects that include setting up an entire logistics chain and others that deal with a particular niche. Metzer's project department is flexible and attentive. What characterizes the work of the Projects’ Department is that a project is not over even after the client confirms that he has received the application and the installation according to his requirements. The real test of each project is its ongoing functioning. At this point, post-sales begin, in which the department checks whether everything is done according to plans - whether to add or remove something, etc. Focus on Small and Medium-sized Projects The market for irrigation projects is very competitive, and therefore, Metzer’s Project Department decided to focus on small and medium-sized projects, in which personal, close and focused service can be provided.
