IR Detectors

SCD’s unique capabilities and technologies

are deployed in its extensive range of Cooled

and Uncooled detectors based on a variety of

sensing materials such as InSb,MCT,InGaAs,

T2SL and VOx,which are available in almost

any video format: QVGA, VGA, XGA, HD and

more.

SCD offers both off-the-shelf detectors and

tailor-made solutions available in small

quantities as well as volumes of hundreds

and thousands of units all across the infrared

spectrum: NIR, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR.

Laser Diodes

Over many years of development, SCD has

established proven wafer designs for different

families of laser products in a broadwavelength

range from 800 nm to 1100 nm, including

high-power laser bars and stacks as well as

single emitters delivering 14 W output with

tomorrow’s challenging demands

record brightness levels.These diodes can be

integrated in products with complex optical

architectures,including 50 W fiber-coupled

modules featuring multiple emitter chips.
